This brown HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y single-core wire with a cross-section of 0.25 mm² is a specialized solution for applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and aggressive environments. Made of tinned copper with FEP fluoropolymer insulation, it ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions and special installations.
Construction and properties
The wire is characterized by a flexible construction with a multi-strand core (class 5), which facilitates installation and routing. FEP (fluoropolymer) insulation provides exceptional chemical and thermal resistance. The wire is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 600V, and its outer diameter is approximately 1.3 mm. Temperature resistance reaches up to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C), and the minimum operating temperature is -100°C. Thanks to the materials used, the wire is non-flammable, resistant to microorganisms and completely waterproof.
