This brown HELUFLON®-FEP-6Y single-core cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² is designed for applications requiring exceptional resistance to extreme temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. Made of silver-plated copper and insulated with FEP fluoropolymer, it ensures reliable operation in harsh conditions.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a flexible stranded construction (class 5), which facilitates installation and routing. The FEP (fluoropolymer) insulation provides a wide temperature range – from -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C). This makes it ideal for use in furnaces, heating devices, the chemical industry, and anywhere exposed to high temperatures, acids, alkalis, oils, or gasoline. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone and cadmium-free.

The cable has a rated voltage U0/U of 600V and a core cross-section of 0.5 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 1.6 mm. The insulation resistance is at least 2 GOhm/km. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible bending and 4x cable diameter for stationary bending.
