Highly durable cable resistant to short circuits – reliability in demanding conditions

This single-core rubber cable NSGAFÖU, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², is designed for applications where resistance to mechanical damage and short circuits is crucial. Manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0250-602, it is perfect for installations exposed to intensive use and potential hazards. Its orange coating ensures good visibility and easy identification in the installation.

Construction and properties – a combination of durability and safety

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a multi-strand copper core covered with EPR insulation, and the whole protected with a polychloroprene (CR) jacket. This combination of materials guarantees flexibility, abrasion resistance, oils and UV radiation (in the black version). The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C for stationary operation and from -25°C to +80°C for flexible operation. The maximum permissible operating temperature is +90°C. The operating voltage is 1.8/3kV, and the test voltage is 6000V.
