This flexible JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is a reliable solution for electrical installations, especially where safety and fire resistance are a priority. The cable is designed for buildings with a high fire risk (ZL) – office buildings, hospitals, schools, airports – but will also work in industry, machinery and air conditioning systems. Its construction ensures both flexibility during installation and durability in use.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is characterized by a multi-wire construction of copper conductors, which gives it high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The insulation made of halogen-free TI7 polymer mixture guarantees safety in case of fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The conductors are twisted in layers with an optimal pitch, which minimizes interference and facilitates routing the cables in tight spaces. The outer sheath made of halogen-free M1 plastic further increases fire resistance and ensures mechanical durability. The cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.

Safety and compliance with standards

The cable meets strict European standards, including CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 – confirming its high level of fire safety. It is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Additional tests confirm its resistance to flames, corrosiveness of gases produced during combustion and oil resistance. Thanks to the use of silicone and cadmium-free materials, the cable is environmentally friendly and does not hinder painting processes.

The cable is characterized by the following parameters: operating voltage 300/500 V, operating temperature range from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary), minimum bending radius of 12.5 x cable diameter (flexible) or 4 x cable diameter (fixed), conductor cross-section 1.5 mm², number of conductors equal to 3, CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 and gray color of the sheath (RAL 7001).
