The cable is characterized by high flexibility and durability, which facilitates installation and ensures long-term reliability. Made of multi-wire copper conductors, coated with a halogen-free polymer insulation, it guarantees safe and efficient power transmission. The construction optimized for core twisting ensures stability and minimizes interference.
Safety and compliance with standards
The JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable meets strict European standards, including CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1. This means that the cable is characterized by limited flammability, low smoke emission and no release of corrosive gases during combustion. It also meets the requirements of DIN VDE and EN 50525 standards. Thanks to this, the installer can be sure that the use of this cable translates into a high level of safety for users and property protection.
The cable is also resistant to oils and does not contain silicone and cadmium - substances that hinder painting. Tests confirm its resistance to flames and the corrosiveness of gases produced during combustion. The operating voltage is 300/500V and the test voltage is 2000V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and -15°C to +70°C (flexible). The minimum bending radius is 12.5x the cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x the diameter for fixed laying.
