Construction and parameters

The H05RR-F cable consists of flexible copper cores of class 5 (according to PN-EN 60228), insulated with ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) type EI4 (EN 50363-1) and surrounded by a thermosetting synthetic coating type EM3 (EN 50363-2-1). This combination of materials gives the cable high flexibility, abrasion resistance, and good electrical insulation. The minimum bending radius for permanently laid cables is 3D (where D is the outer diameter of the cable), and for cables connected to portable or mobile devices – 4D or 6D, respectively, depending on the mechanical load. The cable is available in various core cross-sections, allowing you to choose the right model for a specific application. The core resistance at 20°C is 13.7 Ohm/km for a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The maximum operating temperature of the core is +60°C, and the minimum ambient temperature during laying is -25°C.
