Construction and properties

This cable is designed for demanding working conditions. Its construction based on a harmonized standard (H) guarantees compliance with European safety standards. Copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² provide adequate conductivity, and the flexible EPR rubber insulation makes it easy to install and lay the cable even in tight spaces. Four conductors, marked with colors in accordance with PN-HD 308 S2:2007 (yellow-green PE, brown L, black N and gray), facilitate identification during installation. The use of ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) as both conductor insulation and the outer coating provides resistance to abrasion, moisture and certain chemicals.

The H05RR-F (OW) 4x1.5 cable is used wherever a flexible and durable electrical installation is required. It is ideal for powering portable devices such as vacuum cleaners, power tools or kitchen appliances. It can also be used in workshops, construction sites and light industry. Its resistance to low temperatures allows it to be used even in difficult weather conditions. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 9.68 mm and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 29.04 mm. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500V/300V and the conductor resistance at 20°C is 13.7 Ohm/km. The fire reaction class according to EN 13501-6 is Fca – which means limited flammability and smoke generation of the material.
