Rubber insulated cable H05RR-F is a flexible cable designed for applications requiring resistance to bending and external factors. Made of copper, with insulation and a coating of ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), it provides a reliable connection in various conditions. It is a versatile cable, ideal for both professionals and home users.

This 5-core cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is characterized by high flexibility due to the use of stranded wires class 5. This construction allows for easy cable routing even in tight spaces and ensures resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. The black outer coating protects against mechanical damage and UV radiation.

Application and properties:

• Versatility: H05RR-F cable is used in homes, kitchens, offices, and for powering portable devices such as vacuum cleaners, kitchen appliances, and power tools.
• Resistance: The EPR rubber from which the insulation and coating are made provides resistance to low temperatures – the cable does not stiffen in the frost – and to the action of some oils and chemicals.
• Safety: The cable has a rated voltage of 500 V and is designed for safe transmission of electrical energy. With a protective conductor, it provides additional protection against electric shock.
• Flexibility: The construction with flexible copper conductors facilitates installation and cable routing in difficult conditions.
• Identification: The cores are color-coded according to HD 308 S2 standard, which facilitates correct connection of the wires.

H05RR-F cable is particularly recommended as a base for the production of extension cords and connection cables. Its durability and flexibility guarantee long-lasting and reliable operation in demanding conditions. The permissible ambient temperature during installation is from -25°C to 50°C, and after installation (without vibration) from -30°C to 60°C. The minimum bending radius during permanent installation is 30.3 mm. Reaction to fire class according to EN 13501-6 is Fca.
