Rubber cable for mobile and portable devices

H05RR-F (OW) 4x4,0 cable is a cable with EPR rubber insulation and sheath, designed for powering mobile and portable receivers. The construction features class 5 flexible conductors.

Construction and materials

The cable is made of class 5 multi-wire copper conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm² per conductor. The conductor resistance is 5,09 Ω/km at 20°C.

The insulation and outer sheath are made of ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR), providing good mechanical resistance and flexibility across a wide temperature range. The cable has a circular geometry with an outer diameter of 13,34 mm and a mass of 299,243 kg/km.

Core identification is color-coded in accordance with the HD 308 S2 standard, and the construction includes an additional protective conductor. The minimum bending radius is 40,02 mm, allowing for installation in confined spaces.

Operating parameters and resistance

The cable operates at a rated voltage of U0/U = 300/500V with a maximum allowable conductor temperature of 60°C. The operating temperature range after installation is from -30°C to +60°C, and during installation from -25°C to +50°C.

The construction is characterized by low-temperature resistance in accordance with EN 60811-504+505+506 standards. At the same time, it does not possess oil-resistant or halogen-free properties.

The cable is intended for general use in domestic premises, kitchens, and offices, where powered devices are exposed to low mechanical stress. The letter designation H05RR-F means: H (cable made according to harmonized standard), 05 (voltage 300/500V), R (EPR rubber insulation), R (EPR rubber sheath), F (flexible conductors). This classification guarantees international compatibility and high quality standards.

Standard packaging is available in the form of coils of 50 or 100 meters and on drums of 500 meters.
