This black, flexible OZ-500-C cable with a cross-section of 3x0.5 mm² is a reliable solution for electrical connections requiring flexibility and protection against interference. The use of a copper braid screen minimizes the impact of electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial environments.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term and safe operation. Made of stranded copper conductor (class 5), insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), it offers high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification, and the cable also has a copper braid screen covering approximately 85% of the surface. The outer jacket made of PVC TM2 provides resistance to external factors, including UV radiation, oils and chemicals. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing and installation.
Applications and operating parameters
The OZ-500-C cable is perfect for applications requiring medium mechanical load and connection flexibility. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors, avoiding direct contact with the ground or water. It is ideal for connections in mechanical engineering – in production lines, conveyor belts and control and signaling systems. The cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C (with fixed laying) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U is 500V. Thanks to compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, the product meets high standards of safety and quality.
