This brown, single-core cable made of silicone is an ideal solution where standard cables fail. Construction and properties
The SiD cable has been designed for extreme working conditions. It utilizes a single-wire copper core, which ensures good flexibility. Silicone insulation guarantees resistance to high temperatures – from -60°C to +180°C (short-term up to +220°C). Additionally, the cable is resistant to radiation, oils, greases, acids, alkalis and atmospheric conditions. Glass fiber reinforcement increases its mechanical strength. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The minimum bending radius is 15 times the cable diameter.
