Halogen-free shielded control cable – safety and reliability
This flexible JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H control cable is a solution dedicated to installations requiring a high level of fire safety and protection against electromagnetic interference. The cable is designed for public buildings, industrial facilities and anywhere where minimizing risk in the event of a fire is key. Its construction, based on halogen-free materials, limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke during combustion, protecting people's health and sensitive electronics.
### Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. It is made of multi-strand copper conductors, which guarantees flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The core insulation made of halogen-free TI7 polymer mixture provides high dielectric properties and temperature resistance. Protective conductors (green-yellow) are located in the outer layer of the core for increased safety. A braid of tinned copper wires with a coverage density of approximately 85% effectively shields the cable against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The outer sheath made of halogen-free type M1 plastic further increases the level of fire safety.

The JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H cable is used as a control cable in buildings of the People Hazard (ZL) character, such as office buildings, hospitals, schools or airports, where the highest standards of fire safety are required. It will also be useful in industrial installations, machines, conveyor belts and air conditioning systems. Thanks to the shielding, it is ideal for transmitting signals in environments exposed to electromagnetic interference.
