This flexible control cable JZ-520 HMH-C LS0H 4G1.5, shielded, is a solution designed for demanding applications where safety and reliability are key. Its construction provides high fire resistance and limits the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire.
Construction and properties
The cable is made of stranded copper conductors, which provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. The conductors are insulated with a halogen-free polymer mixture TI7, which further increases safety. A braid of copper wires with a coverage density of approx. 85% effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of halogen-free material M1 guarantees resistance to weather conditions and mechanical damage.
