This halogen-free HELUCONTROL® JZ-520-HMH-C LS0H control and power cable is a solution designed for places where fire safety and the protection of people are of key importance. Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, this cable minimizes the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire, protecting both people and sensitive electronics. It is ideally suited for buildings with a high risk of human life (ZL) – office buildings, hospitals, schools, airports or railway stations.

Universal application and high quality workmanship

This cable is not limited to public buildings. It also performs perfectly in industry – in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, as well as air conditioning and steel mill installations. Its flexible construction allows for use in both fixed and flexible installations, with medium mechanical stress. The possibility of laying in dry, damp and wet places increases the scope of its applications.

Effective signal protection and electromagnetic compatibility

Shielding with a copper braid with a coverage density of 85% provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), guaranteeing stable signal and pulse transmission. For optimal EMC properties, it is recommended to have two-sided contact of the braid with the clamps (e.g. EMC cable glands). The cable meets the CPR B2ca standard, which confirms its high level of fire safety.

Additional information:

• The cores are made of flexible, multi-wire oxygen-free copper class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228.
• Core insulation is made of halogen-free polymer mixture type TI7 according to DIN VDE 0207-363-7/DIN EN 50363-7.
• Cores are identified according to DIN VDE 0293-308 – black with white numbers. The green-yellow protective core appears from 3 cores upwards and is located in the outer layer of the center.
• The cable has a halogen-free plastic coating type M1 according to DIN VDE 0207-363-0/DIN EN 50363-0 in gray color (RAL 7001).
• The material does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances hindering painting.
• The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during installation.
• Operating temperature range: flexible from -15°C to +70°C and stationary from -40°C to +70°C.
• Operating voltage: U0/U 300/500V.
