Welding electrode 6013 MOST (pink) 3.2mm /1kg/ 0630601335
Universal welding electrode for various applications
The MOST 6013 (pink) electrode with a diameter of 3.2 mm is a versatile choice for welding steel structures, both those exposed to static and dynamic loads. It is suitable for construction, steel structures, as well as assembly and repair work on railway rolling stock. Its rutile coating provides a stable arc and easy slag removal, which translates to comfortable work and high weld quality.
Properties and application
The electrode is characterized by very good welding properties, allowing welding in all positions. It is suitable for both DC and AC power supplies. Thanks to the classification PN-EN 2560-A-E: E 38 0 RC 11 and AWS A5.1: E 6013, it meets the required quality standards. Strength parameters – Re[N/mm²]=360, Rm[N/mm²]=440–570 – guarantee the solidity and durability of the connections. Chemical composition (C=0.08, Si=0.20, Mn=0.50) provides appropriate mechanical properties of the weld.
Advantages for professionals and end users
- Versatility: Possibility of welding different types of steel and in any position.
- Ease of use: Rutile coating ensures a stable arc and minimizes the formation of welding defects.
- Approvals: It has approvals from ABS, BV and DNV-GL – confirmation of high quality and safety.
- Strength: Welds made with this electrode are characterized by good tensile strength (Rm) and yield strength (Re).
- Universal power supply: The possibility of using both direct and alternating current provides flexibility in choosing equipment.
- High quality: Ensures durable and reliable connections in various structural applications.
- Damage resistance: Welds are characterized by high impact strength (KV=47 J at 0°C), which increases their resistance to cracking at low temperatures.
