Halogen-free control cable – safety and flexibility

This flexible control cable JZ-520 HMH LS0H is a solution designed for installations in places with increased fire safety requirements, such as public buildings (office buildings, hospitals, schools) or public transport facilities. The cable is characterized by high fire resistance and low emission of toxic gases during combustion, which minimizes the risk to human health and life.

Construction and properties

The JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is made of high-quality materials. Flexible, un-tinned copper conductors ensure good conductivity and facilitate installation. Insulation made of halogen-free TI7 polymer mixture guarantees safety in case of fire – the absence of halogen in the composition means no corrosive toxic gases. The conductors are twisted in layers, and the whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) coating made of halogen-free type M1 plastic. This makes the cable resistant to mechanical damage and external factors.

A key feature of the cable is its CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 – this demonstrates high fire reaction parameters. In addition, the cable meets DIN VDE and EN standards, which confirms its quality and compliance with European standards. The flexible construction allows for easy routing of the cable even in tight spaces, and the operating temperature range from -15°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) enables its use in various environmental conditions.
