Universal halogen-free control cable – safety and flexibility
This flexible control cable JZ-520 HMH LS0H is designed for installations requiring a high level of fire safety, especially in public places. The halogen-free coating minimizes the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire, protecting both people and sensitive electronic devices. This cable is suitable for both fixed installations and those where flexibility and frequent bending are required.
Construction and properties for professionals
The cable is characterized by a construction that ensures reliability and durability. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors with flexibility class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of a halogen-free polymer mixture type TI7 (DIN VDE 0207-363-7/DIN EN 50363-7), and the cores are twisted in layers for optimal pitch. The outer sheath made of halogen-free plastic type M1 (DIN VDE 0207-363-0/DIN EN 50363-0) provides additional protection against external factors. The minimum bending radius – 12.5x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x diameter for fixed laying – makes installation easier even in tight spaces.

The JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is used as a control cable in buildings with increased fire protection requirements (e.g. office buildings, hospitals, schools) and in industrial installations – machines, conveyor belts, production lines or air conditioning systems. It will also work as a measuring cable. Thanks to the fire reaction class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 (according to EN 50575), it meets strict safety standards. A wide range of operating temperatures (-40°C to +70°C) allows it to be used in various environmental conditions. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly and safe to use. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.
