This halogen-free control cable JZ-520 HMH LS0H is a solution for installations requiring a high level of fire safety, especially in public places. The cable is designed for a wide range of applications – from public buildings, through industrial installations, to air conditioning systems. Its flexible construction facilitates installation and ensures reliability in various conditions.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is characterized by a construction based on multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with a halogen-free polymer mixture. The conductors are twisted in layers, which ensures optimal pitch and minimizes the risk of interference. The outer sheath made of halogen-free plastic guarantees safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. Thanks to this, it meets the stringent European standards for fire resistance (CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1). The operating temperature range is wide – from -40°C to +70°C in stationary mode and from -15°C to +70°C during flexible operation. The operating voltage is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 2000V. The minimum bending radius ensures convenience during installation – 12.5x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x diameter for fixed laying.
