Flexible halogen-free control cable – safety and reliability

This gray, flexible control cable JZ-520 HMH LS0H is a solution designed for installations requiring a high level of fire safety. The cable is particularly recommended for buildings with a high density of people, such as office buildings, hospitals or educational institutions. Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, in the event of a fire, it limits the emission of toxic gases and smoke, protecting health and life and minimizing material losses.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides flexibility and durability. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with a halogen-free polymer mixture. The conductors are twisted in layers for optimal pitch, and the whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) coating of halogen-free plastic. In addition, the cable has a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors including), placed in the outer layer of the core. It meets DIN VDE and EN standards, guaranteeing high quality and safety of use.
