Flexible halogen-free control cable – safety and reliability

This grey, flexible JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable is an excellent solution for installations in places with increased fire safety requirements. The cable is designed for public buildings such as office buildings, hospitals or schools, where limiting the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire is crucial. It will also be useful in industry, in machines and air conditioning systems.

The cable is characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates assembly and routing in tight spaces. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation and long service life. Fire reaction class B2ca guarantees compliance with strict safety standards.

Construction and properties

The JZ-520 HMH LS0H cable has multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with a halogen-free polymer mixture. The conductors are twisted in layers, which minimizes the risk of interference. The outer sheath made of halogen-free plastic provides additional protection against mechanical and chemical factors. The grey color (RAL 7001) makes it easy to identify the cable in the installation.

It is worth noting the wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +70°C (flexibly from -15°C to +70°C), which allows the cable to be used in various environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius makes it easy to adapt the cable to complex installation routes. The test voltage of 2000V confirms the high quality of insulation and safety of use.

Application and compliance with standards

This cable is ideal for use as a control cable in buildings of Hazard to People (ZL) character, where high fire safety is required. It will also work as a measuring and control cable in machines, production lines and air conditioning systems. It can be used for both fixed and flexible installations, with medium mechanical load. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE and EN standards, and also has CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 – which proves its high quality and safety of use.
