This flexible OZ-500 HMH-C cable is a reliable solution for transmitting control and measurement signals in various installations. Construction and properties

The cable consists of two copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with halogen-free TI6 polymer. The conductors are twisted in layers, which ensures flexibility and facilitates installation. Additionally, the cable has a copper braid screen that minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC) and ensures reliable signal transmission. The outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 polymer guarantees safety in the event of a fire – it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The outer diameter of the cable is 5.7 mm.

The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and DIN VDE 0285-525-3-11 / DIN EN 50525-3-11 standards. Designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible), with a rated voltage of 500V. The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed installation and 12.5x cable diameter for flexible installation.
