Flexible cable OZ-500 HMH-C – reliability and safety in every application. This halogen-free, shielded 500V flexible cable is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications in industry, construction and equipment. Designed for demanding working conditions, it provides not only effective signal transmission but also a high level of safety. This cable is used in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, air conditioning installations and metallurgy. It will work well in both stationary and flexible installations.
Construction and properties
The OZ-500 HMH-C cable is distinguished by its careful construction, which guarantees its durability and reliability. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent safety standards. Copper, stranded and flexible conductors (class 5) ensure good flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. A braided screen made of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath made of TM7 mixture in gray (RAL 7001).

Technical parameters and application
This cable is characterized by a cross-section of 4 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10 mm. The cable has numbered cores for easy identification and is available in a version with or without a yellow-green protective conductor (OZ designation). The minimum bending radius is approx. 12.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and approx. 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. The coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km and the radiation resistance is up to 100x10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 100 Mrad).
Thanks to its properties, this cable is ideal for applications requiring high reliability and safety – from machine control to signal transmission in industrial installations. It is worth remembering the manufacturer's recommendation regarding the optimization of electromagnetic compatibility by ensuring two-sided contact of the copper braid with the terminals (e.g. cable glands).
