Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Made of stranded copper conductors (class 5), it provides flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with halogen-free TI6 mixture, and the entire cable has a screen of tinned copper wires with high density (85% coverage), which effectively reduces electromagnetic interference (EMC). In addition, the outer jacket made of halogen-free TM7 mixture provides resistance to abrasion and weathering. Wire numbering facilitates the identification of individual conductors during installation and maintenance.

The cable is available in gray (RAL 7001) and is supplied in meter lengths. The conductor cross-section is 0.75 mm², and the outer diameter is approximately 6.1 mm. The permissible operating temperature is -40°C to +70°C for stationary installations and -15°C to +70°C during installation or with frequent bending. The rated voltage U is 500V.
