The OZ-500 HMH-C cable is a halogen-free, flexible control cable with a cross-section of 2x1 mm², designed for use in machines, production lines, air conditioning systems and metallurgy. It provides reliable signal transmission thanks to the copper braid screen, minimizing electromagnetic interference. The cable construction guarantees high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal solution for both stationary and flexible installations.

Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by careful construction using high-quality materials. Copper strands are twisted in a way that ensures flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. The core insulation is made of halogen-free TI6 mixture, which increases safety in case of fire - it limits the release of toxic gases and smoke. The copper braid screen with 85% coverage effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of TM7 mixture provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage.

• Cores: Copper, stranded, twisted (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), providing good flexibility and conductivity.
• Insulation: Halogen-free TI6 mixture – increased fire safety and environmental protection.
• Screen: Copper braid (85% coverage) – effective protection against electromagnetic interference.
• Outer jacket: Halogen-free TM7 mixture – resistance to abrasion, oils and atmospheric factors.
• Core numbering: Black cores with white numbers facilitate the identification of individual conductors.
• Outer diameter: 6.4 mm – compact dimensions make it easy to install in tight spaces.

The OZ-500 HMH-C cable finds application in a wide range of electrical installations where flexibility, reliability and protection against interference are required. It is ideal for connections inside machines and devices, conveyor belts, production lines, as well as in air conditioning and ventilation systems. The cable is designed to operate in dry, humid and wet environments, both permanently and in continuous motion (in the temperature range from -15°C to +70°C).
