This high-quality flexible cable OZ-500 HMH-C, with a cross-section of 3x0.5 mm², is designed for use in demanding industrial and construction conditions. It provides reliable signal and power transmission, minimizing electromagnetic interference thanks to its effective shielding. The cable's construction guarantees safe use, meeting stringent standards for low flammability and the absence of toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for long-term operation. It consists of:

• Copper conductors: stranded, flexible, class 5, providing good conductivity and resistance to mechanical fatigue.
• Conductor insulation: made of halogen-free TI6 compound, guaranteeing safety in case of fire.
• Screening braid: made of tinned copper wires (85% coverage), effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMC).
• Outer jacket: made of halogen-free TM7 compound, resistant to abrasion, oils and chemicals. Grey color (RAL 7001) facilitates identification.

The cable has a yellow-green protective conductor, which increases the safety of the installation. The conductors are numbered for easy identification during assembly. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length.
