Flexible halogen-free control cable – safety and reliability
The OZ-500 HMH-C cable is a flexible control cable designed for a wide range of industrial and installation applications. This cable is characterized by the absence of halogen in the insulation and sheath, which minimizes the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire. The cable is shielded, providing resistance to electromagnetic interference.
Construction and properties
The cable consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², insulated with a halogen-free TI6 mixture. The conductors are black with white numbers for easy identification. Additionally, the cable has a braided screen made of tinned copper wires, providing high screening effectiveness. The whole is surrounded by a halogen-free outer sheath made of TM7 mixture in gray (RAL 7001). The cable construction provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage.
