OZ-500 HMH-C cable is a flexible control cable with a rated voltage of 500V, designed for use in demanding industrial conditions. Made of high-quality materials, it provides reliable signal transmission and safe operation of devices. This cable is characterized by high resistance to external factors, including UV radiation, oils, and chemicals.

This cable is particularly recommended for use in machines and equipment where flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable operation of control and measurement systems. The cable construction based on multi-wire copper conductors class 5 provides high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue.

Construction and properties

The OZ-500 HMH-C cable has been designed with durability and safety in mind. Its construction includes:

• Conductors: Copper, un-tinned, stranded class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228), ensuring flexibility and resistance to bending.
• Core insulation: Made of halogen-free TI6 mixture (DIN VDE 0207-363-7 / DIN EN 50363-7), which increases safety in case of fire - reduces the release of toxic gases.
• Core marking: Black cores with white printed numbers (DIN VDE 0293) for easy identification. Yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores) placed in the outer layer.
• Screen: Braid of tinned copper wires with 85% coverage, providing effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC).
• Outer sheath: Halogen-free TM7 mixture (DIN VDE 0207-363-8 / DIN EN 50363-8), grey (RAL 7001), providing additional mechanical protection and resistance to weathering.

Additionally, the cable meets the standards regarding low flammability and the absence of halogen in the fumes released during combustion (DIN VDE 0482-754-1 / DIN EN 60754-1 / IEC 60754-1).
