Universal halogen-free control cable – safety and flexibility

This flexible JZ-520 HMH LS0H control cable is a solution for installations requiring a high level of fire safety, especially in public places. The cable is designed for a wide range of applications – from public buildings, through industry, to installations in machines and equipment. Its construction ensures reliable operation in various conditions, both fixed and in motion.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: multi-wire copper cores are insulated with a halogen-free polymer, which minimizes the risk of generating toxic gases in the event of a fire. The cores are twisted in layers, and the whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) coating made of a halogen-free plastic. This selection of materials translates into increased safety and compliance with stringent standards. The flexibility of the cable facilitates installation and routing of cables in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius allows adaptation to the specifics of the installation.

A key feature is the CPR class B2ca-s1a, d0, a1 – this confirms a high level of fire resistance and limitation of smoke emission during combustion. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +70°C (flexible), making it a universal solution for various working environments. The operating voltage is 300/500V, and the test voltage is 2000V.
